The Student Leadership Program (SLP) is a dynamic community initiative designed to empower students with the skills and experiences needed to explore opportunities beyond the classroom and prepare for future workforce demands. Through career and industry tours, interactive leadership workshops, and community service, SLP equips students with essential tools for success.

Reaching over 600 students annually across three communities, SLP is tailored to meet the unique needs of each region it serves. The program offers both immediate and long-term benefits, providing students with valuable hands-on experiences that build the skills necessary to thrive in today’s world.
